Designed for one purpose: to deliver water to the screen deck to wash material. We have carefully designed our Spray Nozzle to be practically free of maintenance. Our design has no metal parts to ensure no rust and corrosion and can consistently deliver the required amount of water to the deck without damaging the screening media.

The 60 Shore Rubber Screen Panels are a STANDARD worldwide. Our RUBBER performs very well in DRY SCREENING APPLICATIONS. Rubber Screen Panels can reduce noise levels by as much as 9 decibels. That is a 50% reduction, as perceived by the human ear.
